Robert Johnson Holdings headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria was established 27 years ago during the tectonic changes to the Banking industry in Nigeria and globally. Today, we represent the transformation of a small team that developed into a regional market leader in currency handling equipment.

RJN commenced its operation as a service provider on currency counting machine and cash handling equipment.

Robert Johnson Investment was incorporated, a subsidiary of RJN.

Zenith Technologies was incorporated, a subsidiary of RJN.

Partnership
RJN partners up with GLORY SHOJI CO. LTD to become its authorized distributor for Glory currency handling equipment in Nigeria.
1997
Head Office
RJN moves to its new Head office.
1998
Membership
RJN becomes a member of the Franco/Nigeria Chamber of Commerce.

Membership
RJN becomes a member of the Nigeria/British Chamber of Commerce.

Subsidiary
Robert-Johnson Technologies is incorporated. The subsidiary for IT solutions and training.

Membership
RJN becomes a member of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
